Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Lumora purchase. If you're not happy, we'll make it right.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
How to Request a Return
Email us at support@lumora.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions within 2 business days.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll send a replacement at no charge.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items that have been used or are not in original condition
