Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not satisfied, email cristianvasile0070@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us with photos and we'll send a free replacement. Return shipping costs may apply unless the item was faulty.
